I am thinking of one of their systems on my home, but I want to have a stand alone ability when the grid goes down. The quote does not include any facility of an installed EPS. It is easily done using Givenergy components but Octopus refuse to do it and will also not use the All in One unit neither will they consider micro invertors for system reliability . It has become a take it or leave it , the customer knows nothing system. I am waiting the final proposal before deciding to go ahead with the installation, but it looks like it might be a no go.

The police within their operational requirement can limit your right to be informed of police processing activities. As for the shop. The store staff under a legitimate interest act for the controller in that conversion of cctv where it was disclosed to police on their request . but when that investigation had concluded , and it was no longer deemed evidential to be informed whether police processed cctv footage from that shop. You do have the right to be informed of police processing activities but what is what , a processing operation of the controller , or a processing activity of law enforcment ? a right to know we disclosed it to someone or some organisation. And a right to know we dont have it , never did but before that disclosure to a someone or some organisation , what was it ? a processing operation on personal data , whereby you create a physical copy in conversion. The law enforcment then further process it and in data minimization edit it . conversion it's a contentious data breach
